How many bundles for a full head?
12″-20″: 3 bundles
22″-28″: 4 bundles or more.
Is your hair virgin and unprocessed?
Yes, the hair is cut from one donor with full cuticle aligned, no acid bath, natural unprocessed.
Is there any customs fees?
Usually we will put low amount in the invoice to avoid Custom tax, but due to different policy in different countries (especially in South America and Africa), there might be some Custom tax which is not considered in the price and should be paid by buyer. You could leave a message when placing your order about how much you want us to put on the invoice.

What is your returns/exchange policy?
We do not accept returns all orders are final and made to order please check carefully before placing an order or contact us if you’re confused by anything used bundles can not be returned or exchanged.
Why does the hair have grey hair?
As virgin hair, we keep its original state. We will pick out the grey hair before packing, but kindly understand that there might be some in the bundle. The hair may have a slight smell to it as it is raw hair and has gone through some treatment so it’s ok for use
Will the hair shed or tangle?
The hair is double weft weaving with no shedding. And as virgin cuticle aligned with no tangle. It could last over a year if taken good care.
Where does the hair come from
all our hair comes from our different countries in and around Asia ( Vietnam Cambodia, and india and also our South American partners in Peru Brazil but our hair is sent in bulk and sorted washed and made in our factory in China hand stitched and machine wefts , your hair will also be sent out from our factory in China as we ourselves can not have a factory in our home country England where there aren’t many skilled workers who can mass produce hair to the level and capacity that we need , it’s also more productive and faster for us to ship directly from our factories
